    Fabulous

Setting is really pretty, getting into the centre of Rome isn't difficult if you don't mind the 20 minute train/metro journey. I would certainly recommend it as the price makes it all the more bearable. The camp itself is impressive with the wooden cabins sitting very nicely in the forest. Big recommend for backpackers

Bit of a shame about the distance to the train station but the shuttle bus does run constantly as it says it does so for the price definitely can't complain

    Exceptional

Its atmosphere, the staff, the facilities, free wifi. Almost everything. Would like to stay there again in my next visit.

    Good

I liked that you could sleep well in those bungalows. It's so dark inside that daylight doesn't disturb whatsoever.

The toilet is too far away, you have to climb long stairs.

The facilities were good, everything in one place, swiming pool, bar, market, etc.

The staff was rude, if they fix that the hotel will be excellent. Only one lady was nice, the rest of the people were so rude, I do not know if they do not get paid enough, but if it is a hotel it should have better attention.

    Very good

The rate of the hotel was cost effective. The only thing I was dissapointed in was the lack of help for us to get to the airport in the early hours. It would have been nice if they had been able to help us out to get into the centre of Rome at least to be able to get a taxi at a reasonable price. Otherwise it could have cost us about 80 euros to get there. Instead we ended up having to get to the airport way to early to find it was closed till 4am.

There is no direction written on the web for travellers who go to the hostel by public transport. More information on transportation should be provided.

    Superb

I only stayed for one night, which I regret because I really would have loved to stay longer. The staff is helpful and well informed and eager to share their knowledge, the location is relaxed and laid-back. If I can find one fault, I would say breakfast can be improved to include something more substantial than merely a coffee and croissant. But that is a minor criticism. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely like to return one day.

    Very good

The site was very relaxing and the staff, particularly Miranda and Laura, were helpful to take care of many transportation and communications questions. The little village had a place to do some laundry a little store to buy necessities and even some nice little restaurants.

I was traveling for the first time to Rome and my main objective was to see the sites in the city center. Seven Hills is not a good location for that purpose, but to their credit they made a great effort to get folks to the train and in to the city.

Only for campers. If you are not a camper, stay away. Only the French lady in the laundry room was helpful.

No where during booking they mentioned that place was a camping site, far away from cen tral Rome. No Towels, showers and bathrooms are half a mile from the cabins(rooms). You buy your own towels, bar soap, everything. My wife and I were assigned two single beds and one of them had bugs on the sheets. We ended up sleeping, both on a single bed. We called to make sure we it was ok to check in late, they said it was perfectly fine . But when we got there it was after 11:00pm, the old man at the reception wanted to keep our passport over night, stating it's their policy to keep international guests passports.I'm sorry but someone needs to explain to them that a passport is a personal document that cannot be kept by anybody except for consulate personnel. Later after the passports episode, we needed some bottled water, the only vending machine was out-of-order said the receptionist. We decided to go buy some water in the night club but the bartender refused to sell us some water because we didn't have a special card for him to chare it under. He said the only option is for us to buy that special card for 25 Euros before he can serve us. It was a total nightmare to be there that night. We will never go back there and will not recommend that place to anybody.

    Very good

Very cheap, you paid for what you got. Includes breakfast in the price (croissants and a drink) swimming pool very good (massages and gym on side 2.5 euros for pool hire) cheap shuttlebus to station (50 cent each way) staff very helpful. Toilets and communal showers cleaned twice a day-never overcrowded. Had to pay 30 euros for a prepaid debit card to use onsite, but recieved unused money back at end upon checkout. Provide travelcards and maps for Rome.

We stayed in the cheapest cabins. Not very soundproof- we heard 2 couples having sex next door to us at 3am in the morning. No air con- got very hot at times. Shuttle bus ends at 9pm so have to leave Rome 8:30pm latest. Bed sheets a bit dirty. If you dont like croissants theres no other breakfast.
